Udaipur, A delegation of women entrepreneurs from the Bharat Women Chamber of Commerce and Industries (BWCCI) visited the District Industries Center (DIC) located in Madri, Udaipur, to gain firsthand insights into industrial policies, government schemes, and business development opportunities. During the visit, a promotional poster was also unveiled.
The Center’s Director, Shailendra Sharma, shared that the visiting entrepreneurs actively engaged with DIC officials to understand various schemes and subsidies offered by the government to promote entrepreneurship, especially for women. He emphasized that all relevant information is available online, and urged entrepreneurs to remain informed and proactive.
The visit proved to be a significant learning opportunity for the women participants, many of whom expressed confidence that the knowledge gained would support the growth and scaling of their ventures.
Prominent members of the chamber present during the visit included Dr. Neeta Mehta, Dr. Chitra Ladda, Rita Mahajan, Dr. Shalini Bhargava, and Dr. Reena Rathore.
