A major international partnership has been announced during the grand 30th anniversary celebration of SRAM & MRAM Group in London. Known for its global operations in fintech, healthcare, AI, agriculture, and biotechnology, the group revealed its latest venture: the establishment of a world-class medical university and hospital in Kazakhstan, with a projected investment of USD 500 million.
The landmark agreement brings together India’s Mont Vert Group and Kazakhstan’s Big B Corporation. The initiative is being spearheaded by Ajay Bhandari (Director, Big B Corporation) and Mahendra Joshi (Director, SRAM & MRAM Group). The project encompasses strategic planning, execution, leadership, international collaboration, and visionary structuring. Nitin Gupta, Director of SRAM & MRAM India, also played a key role in ensuring the success of this ambitious venture.
The official announcement took place at the luxurious Ravens Ait Private Island in London, attended by prominent business leaders and international dignitaries. Key personalities present at the event included Jayant Kaneria (Chairman, Mont Vert Group), Neeraj Kaneria (Managing Director, Mont Vert Group), Ajay Bhandari, Mahendra Joshi, Nitin Gupta, and Dr. Swapnil Kamble (Director, SRAM & MRAM India).
Construction of the university has been entrusted to Pune-based Mont Vert Group, a real estate giant with over 30 years of experience and a portfolio of 6.8 million square feet of residential and commercial developments.
Founded in 1995 and headquartered in London, SRAM & MRAM Group operates in over 60 countries and has established itself in diverse sectors such as mining, biotech, healthcare, fintech, agriculture, and chip manufacturing.
During the announcement, Dr. Sailesh Lachu Hiranandani, Chairman of SRAM & MRAM Group, praised Mont Vert for its reliability and quality-driven approach, calling them the ideal partner for this transformative project. He emphasized, “As we celebrate three decades of impactful work across sectors, we now embark on a new journey in healthcare and education. With this new medical university, we aim to create global change through innovation in health and learning.”
