Inauguration of the Divine Green Festival at Shri Peetambara Ashram

President Jainendra Trivedi and saints initiate a grand tree planting campaign,

Creation of a divine atmosphere possible through worship of nature and the Lord,

Resolution expressed for dedicated efforts towards environmental conservation and enhancement.

Banswara, Amidst the divine and spiritual tree series, the start of the Divine Green Festival was marked by the planting of various species of trees on Sunday at Shri Peetambara Ashram of the Gayatri Mandala. The tree planting campaign was initiated by the Mayor of the Municipal Council, Jainendra Trivedi, along with Saints Ram Prakash Maharaj of Bada Ramdvara and Sant Udayram Maharaj amidst the echoes of Vedic hymns.

On this occasion, Dilip Gupta, Chief Conservator of the Gayatri Mandala, along with conservationists Dr. Dinesh Bhatt, Professor Dr. Rajesh Joshi, and Pt. Narharikant R. Bhatt, Vice President Manohar Ji. Joshi, Secretary Vinod Shukla, Joint Secretary Subhash Bhatt, Treasurer Pt. Vinay Bhatt, Prof. M.P. Singh Rao, Dr. Rakesh Shastri, senior social thinker Shantilal Bhavsar, along with a large number of environmental enthusiasts and officials from various organizations planted trees.

Religious and spiritual values ​​are very important

Addressing the function organized on this occasion, Mayor of Banswara Municipal Council Jainendra Trivedi emphasized the importance of environmental conservation and religious spiritual values ​​as the primary need of the present age, praising the efforts of the Gayatri Mandala and expressing confidence in their concerted and dedicated participation. In this direction, he also assured of his possible contribution.

Gayatri Mandala is making history

Chairing the event, Saint Ram Prakash Maharaj of Bada Ramdvara praised the activities of Shri Peetambara Ashram, expressing satisfaction over the multifaceted activities of the Gayatri Mandala for Vedic culture, traditions, and values, saying that the Mandala is moving towards historic achievements, which is a golden sign for Banswara. Regular yajnas and rituals at the ashram have created a divine atmosphere, this divine work is making history.

Special guests present at the event included Sant Udayram Maharaj of Ramdvara, Chief Conservator of the Mandala Dr. Dinesh Bhatt, and Dr. Rajesh Joshi. Anant Joshi conducted the event.

All speakers remembered the founder of the Gayatri Mandala, Brahmarsi Pt. Mahadev Shukla, and said that the current team of the Mandala is constantly engaged in realizing his aspirations.

1008 trees to be planted

Chief Conservator of the Gayatri Mandala, former collector Dilip Gupta, presented the welcome speech, providing information about the activities and future plans of the Mandala and expressing gratitude for the generous cooperation received in these activities, mentioning that a plan is underway to establish Shri Peetambara Shaktipeeth at the ashram at a cost of two and a half crores. He informed that the Mandala is carrying out its activities continuously in the direction of environmental conservation. By planting 1008 trees on the ashram premises and other places, their safe nurturing will be ensured. In the upcoming phases, the establishment of a Rashivan, Nakshatra Vatika, and a better garden will also be undertaken.

Book presentation on Purush Sukta

During the event, Dr. Rakesh Shastri presented his book on Vedic Purush Sukta to all the guests and attendees, introducing the book. Vedic hymns echoed along with blessings during the event.

Felicitation with angavastram and shawl

In the beginning, Dilip Gupta, Chief Conservator of the Gayatri Mandala, Vice President Manohar Ji. Joshi, Secretary Vinod Shukla, Joint Secretary Subhash Bhatt, Treasurer Pt. Vinay Bhatt, and Vastu Council coordinator Chandrashekhar Joshi welcomed and greeted all the guests by presenting them with flowers, turbans, and angavastram, and shawls.

Members and practitioners associated with the women's branch 'Peetambara Shakti' of the Gayatri Mandala also participated enthusiastically in the tree planting program and planted trees.
