Delegation of FORTI and Floret Returns from China,

 

Udaipur: A workshop was organized by the Federation of Rajasthan Trade and Industry (FORTI) and the International Trading Company Floret. During this event, discussions were held regarding the recent business trip to China undertaken by representatives from FORTI and Floret. Addressing the gathering, FORTI President Suresh Agrawal emphasized the need to understand China's industrial manufacturing process to compete effectively. He stressed the importance of comprehending processes that lead to higher production at lower costs, aiming to utilize better systems than China for the industrial and commercial development of Rajasthan.

Director of Floret, Sharnik Chopra, highlighted that the world has transformed into a global village from a business perspective. Efforts are being made to identify commercial opportunities wherever they exist and to extend them to the entrepreneurs of Rajasthan and the nation. In this regard, the recent trip to China was highly successful.

Forti Branch Committee and Program Chairman Praveen Suthar stated that developing industries and businesses in Rajasthan is crucial for making India a developed nation. Hence, it is essential to understand the trends, technology, and research in international business beforehand. In this context, the Canton Fair in China proved to be highly beneficial for entrepreneurs in Rajasthan.

Mahesh Jain, Chairman of Lotus Group and coordinator of the program, emphasized that China is our biggest competitor in the international market, and it is essential to understand its strategies to stay ahead. This was one of the objectives of the visit.

During the program, Udaipur's industrialist Indrakumar Suthar entertained the businessmen and entrepreneurs with patriotic poems, along with reciting poetry on Rajasthan's commercial and industrial aspects. Members who contributed to cooperation in the Canton Fair were honored with mementos.

Manish Bhanawat, Regional President of FORTI Udaipur, informed that a delegation comprising 50 entrepreneurs from FORTI and Floret, including Praveen Suthar from Lotus High Tech Industries, Manish Bhanawat from Requirer Business Corporation, Navdeep Singh from Sukhmani Plylam, Shiv Singh Rathore from Rathore Infra, and Raj Champavat from Dhanshree Furniture, visited the Canton Fair in April. During this visit, a two-day special business summit for Rajasthan's entrepreneurs was organized in the city of Juhi. More than 70 representatives from China showed interest in doing business and investing in India. They also urged the Indian government to simplify and expedite the visa process for Chinese businessmen. The furniture mall of Sanlink Group, spread over nearly 30 lakh square feet in Foshan city, China, is famous worldwide. Indian delegations also had discussions with representatives from various companies like Sunlink Group, Amy, Opai Door, and D-Max. Members of the delegation included builders Thakur Suryakant from Delhi, businessman Nimesh Modi from Ahmedabad, Anoop Thakur from Mark ERP, Vishnu Goyal, Venkat from Hyderabad, K.C. Jain, Akshay Agrawal, Pankaj Goyal, Nishant Goyal, and Nitin Khandelwal from Jaipur, who deemed the trip a success from a commercial perspective. FORTI and Floret have decided to take more than 200 entrepreneurs to the Canton Fair next time.
