Udaipur, AICC-appointed observer for the “Organization Creation Campaign” Yashomati Thakur addressed a press conference in Udaipur, stating that the Indian National Congress has declared the year 2025 as the “Year of Organizational Creation.” The ongoing campaign, aimed at rebuilding and strengthening the party structure, has already been successfully completed in Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, and Haryana, and will be concluded in Rajasthan by December.
She emphasized that the primary goal of this campaign is to reach every grassroots worker so that the organization becomes stronger from within — thereby strengthening the nation as well.
“The ‘Organization Creation Campaign’ will not only make the Congress Party stronger but will also contribute to a stronger India,” said Yashomati Thakur.
Thakur further added that the campaign is not limited to structural expansion but is also intended to promote communal harmony and national unity. “When the organization grows with a spirit of equality and inclusiveness, the country’s stability and security naturally follow,” she said.
On “Sleeper Cells,” Thakur Said – Party Trusted, But Some Betrayed
During the interaction, Yashomati Thakur also commented on those who left the Congress and joined the BJP. She remarked,
“It’s true that Congress gave the ticket from Udaipur to Gaurav Vallabh, but he later joined the BJP. The party had trusted him, but he turned out to be wrong. Such people act like sleeper cells who try to weaken the soul of the organization. However, Congress is learning from such mistakes and will now focus on building a more alert and loyal structure.”
She stated that through this campaign, the party aims to identify honest and dedicated workers who remain committed to the core values and ideology of Congress.
Thakur added that meetings of District Congress Committees and Block Congress Committees will be organized under this drive.
“We will visit every block, hold one-on-one discussions with office bearers, senior leaders, and active workers to further strengthen the organization,” she said.
The block-level tour program has been scheduled to continue until October 10.
