Literary Activities Mark Sixth Day of Induction Program at BNPG

Udaipur. The sixth day of the ongoing Induction Program at Bhupal Nobles Postgraduate College was dedicated to celebrating languages and literary pursuits. The day began with a warm welcome by Dean of Science Faculty Prof. Renu Rathore and Co-Dean Prof. Ritu Tomar.

A special discussion was held on how knowledge, skills, and intellect can be enhanced through Hindi, English, and Sanskrit, and how the balanced use and harmony of these languages provide a strong foundation for Indian culture. Dr. Girdharpal Singh, Co-Dean of Student Welfare, explained that Assistant Professor Dr. Manisha Shekhawat conducted sessions on the English curriculum, including PPT-based activities, impromptu speeches, and fun interactive exercises to engage students in the language.

Similarly, Assistant Professor Dr. Chandrrekha Sharma guided students through important aspects of Hindi and Sanskrit, organizing various literary activities such as impromptu speeches and original poetry recitations. Addressing the visiting students, she emphasized the importance of languages, stating that Hindi is our mother tongue and deeply rooted in our culture, Sanskrit forms the foundation of modern Indian languages, and English is essential globally for business, science, and technological advancement.

On this occasion, faculty members including Dr. Devendra Parik, Dr. Preeti Mehta, Dr. Anjum Mehtab, Dr. Neetu Jain, and Dr. Shakira encouraged students to participate enthusiastically in various competitions. Students actively showcased their talents through the literary activities, demonstrating creativity and expression.
