BAP Leaders Causing Discord and Immorality in Society: MP Dr. Rawat

Udaipur: MP Dr. Manna Lal Rawat has strongly accused leaders of the Bharatiya Adivasi Party (BAP) of creating division, promoting confusion among youth, and fostering separatism in society to further their political ambitions. He stated that the tribal community has understood their conspiracies and will respond appropriately in the future.

Responding to recent objectionable, unethical, and obscene statements made against him by BAP leaders and Dhariawad MLA Thawarchand, Dr. Rawat said that certain elements have been deliberately sowing discord within the tribal community, with backing from the Catholic Church of Ranchi. These individuals are reportedly promoting statements by Nehru-era priest Verrier Elwin and demanding a separate religious code. Dr. Rawat accused BAP leaders of being culture-destroyers, attacking the tribal community in the name of divisive agendas within the larger Hindu society.

He further alleged that BAP leaders were involved in the Kakri Dungri incident, which led to the killing of two innocent tribal youths. According to Dr. Rawat, these leaders constantly attempt to disrupt the harmony, unity, and moral strength of society. Some sources from Chorasi revealed that BAP leaders maintain connections with extremist groups, follow their guidance, and take money to malign Hindu society—a long-standing practice they continue to propagate.

Dr. Rawat emphasized that society is guided by moral values and remains fundamentally good. Warning BAP leaders, he said that if they continue their divisive practices, they should be aware that society is awakening, and the future could be dangerous for them. He added that the tribal community had decisively rejected them in the last District Council elections in Dungarpur, and their decline has already begun.
