Udaipur, As part of the nationwide Har Ghar Tiranga campaign celebrating the 79th year of Independence, Rajasthan Vidyapeeth organized flag distribution ceremonies across its three campuses on Wednesday.
At the Law College, Vice-Chancellor Col. Prof. Shiv Singh Sarangdevot administered an oath to students to uphold the dignity of the tricolor and hoist it at every home. Calling the national flag a symbol of India’s aan, baan, shaan (pride, honor, and prestige), he said, “The tricolor reflects our integrity, valor, and glorious past. Every color and symbol in the flag carries a message we must cherish. Through this campaign, citizens across the nation will feel proud to display the flag at their homes, strengthening our unity.”
Prof. Sarangdevot emphasized that the flag represents national unity, peace, prosperity, and development, urging everyone to respect it fully.
The event was attended by Principal Dr. Kala Munet, Dr. Prateek Jangid, Dr. K.K. Trivedi, Dr. Surendra Singh Chundawat, Dr. Vinita Vyas, Dr. Anju Kavadiya, Dr. Gyaneshwari Rathore, Dr. Chhatrapal Singh Rathore, Krishnakant Kumawat, Ritvi Dhakad, Dr. Jaysingh Jodha, along with deans, directors, staff, and students, all of whom pledged to hoist the national flag with full honor.
