18 Girls from Salumber Benefited; Joint Initiative with Hospital "Maa" and Bangar Maheshwari Medical Welfare society

Vaccination Drive for Cervical Cancer Prevention Organized by Udaipur District Maheshwari Sabha

Udaipur, Rajasthan – In a commendable step toward cervical cancer prevention among women, Udaipur District Maheshwari Sabha, affiliated with Dakshin Rajasthan Pradeshiya Maheshwari Sabha, in collaboration with Shri Bangar Maheshwari Medical Welfare Society, organized a vaccination camp at Hospital "Maa", Salumber. During this initiative, 18 girls from the Maheshwari community of Salumber received the vaccine and were positively impacted.

Dr. Yogesh Ji and Dr. Praveen Ji, along with the staff of Hospital "Maa", played an instrumental role in the successful execution of the camp. Their dedication and service were highly appreciated.

The program saw active participation from members of the men’s, women’s, and youth wings of the Maheshwari community in Salumber.

After vaccination, the girls were provided coconut water and lassi, and Dolo-650 tablets were distributed by Hospital "Maa" to ensure comfort post-vaccination.

The Udaipur District Maheshwari Sabha office bearers were welcomed with ‘uparnas’ by the Salumber teams. Shri Ram Narayan Kothari and Shri Purushottam Mandovra addressed the attendees, highlighting the importance and health benefits of cervical cancer vaccination for young girls and their parents.

Doctors from Hospital "Maa", along with the local office bearers, were also felicitated with uparnas in appreciation of their dedicated service and support in making the event successful.

This initiative reflects a strong community commitment toward health awareness and preventive care, especially for the well-being of young women.
