Cervical Cancer Prevention Vaccination Camp Organized by Udaipur Maheshwari Sabha

Udaipur – To raise awareness and aid in the prevention of cervical cancer among women, a vaccination camp was organized by Udaipur District Maheshwari Sabha (affiliated with Dakshin Rajasthan Pradeshik Maheshwari Sabha) in collaboration with Shri Bangar Maheshwari Medical Welfare Society at Hospital “Maa” in Salumber, Udaipur.

Girdharilal Agal, Publicity Secretary of the District Maheshwari Sabha, informed that 18 young girls from the Maheshwari community of Salumber were successfully vaccinated at the camp. Doctors Yogesh and Praveen from Hospital “Maa” along with their dedicated staff played a commendable role in the success of the event.

The program was graced by several dignitaries, including:

The collaboration and support from Mukesh Mantri and Shobha Baheti were particularly appreciated.

After the vaccination, the girls were served coconut water and lassi, and given Dolo 650 by Hospital “Maa” to ensure comfort post-vaccination.

A token of gratitude was presented to the dignitaries and volunteers by adorning them with “Uparna” (honor shawls). President Ramnarayan Kothari and Secretary Purushottam Mandovra addressed the attendees, highlighting the importance and benefits of cervical cancer vaccination. Doctors Praveen and Yogesh, along with all male, female, and youth representatives of the Salumber Maheshwari Samaj, were also honored for their exceptional contribution.
