Under the Harayalo Rajasthan campaign, a tree plantation program was organized on August 2, 2025, by the students and faculty members of the College of Community and Applied Sciences (CCAS), a constituent college of Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology (MPUAT), Udaipur.
The event took place at the selected village Hinta in Bhinder tehsil. The program was inaugurated by the Dean of the college, Dr. Dhriti Solanki, who led the plantation drive by planting a sapling.
Along with enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members including Dr. Suman Audichya, Dr. Rajshree Upadhyay, and Dr. Sarla Lakhawat joined in planting 100 saplings of Kadamb, Neem, Gulmohar, Karanj, and other species in the village.
The event was coordinated and executed by Dr. Sumitra Meena and Dr. Monika Rai, reflecting a collective commitment toward environmental conservation and community development.
