Rekha Maloo Passes Away Due to Heart Attack; Family Donates Her Eyes
Kota | Special Correspondent In a deeply saddening incident, Rekha Maloo, wife of Rakesh Maloo, resident of Shivam Enclave, Vasundhara Vihar, Bajrang Nagar, passed away suddenly due to a heart attack on Saturday morning. Known in the family for her cheerful nature and practical outlook, Rekha was reportedly in good health. After completing her daily chores, she suddenly fell ill late at night, and despite all efforts, succumbed to a heart attack.
The family, long aware of the importance of eye donation, honored her memory through a noble act. Rekha’s sister-in-law, Chapla Jain, promptly contacted Jyoti Mitra Vikas Dixit of Shine India Foundation, through whom the eye donation was successfully completed.
It brought solace to the grieving family that two visually impaired individuals will now be able to witness the beauty of the world through Rekha’s eyes. The Lions Club Kota Central, under the leadership of President Ramkrishna Bagla, also extended their support in this virtuous deed.
This act of generosity stands as a glowing tribute to Rekha Maloo’s kind-hearted spirit and leaves behind a legacy of compassion and humanity.
