Women Mark Beginning of Sawan with Spiritual Havan Ceremony

Udaipur.The holy month of Sawan began on a spiritual note as women gathered in large numbers to participate in a collective havan ceremony organized jointly by Rahda Foundation, Akhil Bhartiya Marwari Sammelan, and Samidha Sansthan. The event focused on women empowerment, cultural heritage, environmental protection, and community service.
Held under the theme of traditional leheriya attire, the event saw enthusiastic participation from women who performed the havan with devotion and high energy. A special highlight of the event was the distribution of sacred tulsi plants, symbolizing not just religious faith but also a commitment to environmental sustainability and healthy living.
Led by Women Empowerment Head Archana Singh Charan, all participants offered oblations in the collective havan, lending the program a deeply spiritual ambiance. Newly joined members Sangeeta Baheti, Kiran Mandowra, and Priyanka Agarwal were warmly welcomed into the organization.
The event was conducted smoothly under the guidance of President Sarla Agarwal, Poonam Bhadada, and Secretary Julie Sharma. Winners of various segments were felicitated during the program.
Special guests included Chandragupt Chauhan, Abha Sharma, Priya Kumawat, and Priyanka Kothari. Alongside the havan and tulsi distribution, the event also featured eco-friendly bag distribution, fun games, and a melodious bhajan evening titled Swarlahari.
