#### Pacific Medical Journal Enters Its Tenth Year
Udaipur – The Pacific Journal of Medical and Health Sciences, published by Pacific Medical College and Pacific Medical University, has successfully completed nine years and is now entering its tenth year of publication. On this
occasion, the Editor-in-Chief Dr. S.K. Verma and Editor Ravindra Bangar formally presented the first issue of the tenth year to the Institution’s Chairman, Mr. Rahul Agrawal, and CEO Mr. Sharad Kothari for its official release.
On this occasion, Mr. Rahul Agrawal stated that this quarterly research journal has been continuously published over the past nine years and is now entering its tenth year. It is sent free of cost to the libraries of all reputed medical colleges
across India. Efforts are ongoing to further elevate the stature of the journal in the future.
Editor-in-Chief Prof. S.K.Verma shared that the journal has published special thematic issues over the years — including a COVID-19 Special in December 2022, a Platelet Special in December 2023, and a Chrono-Nutrition and Trace
Elements Special in December 2024 — all of which were highly significant from a contemporary perspective.
Editor Ravindra Bangar noted that the journal has received research articles for publication not only from various departments of Pacific Medical University but also from the United States, Nepal, Nigeria, Mumbai, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, etc. This is a result of the tireless efforts of the editorial board. It is a matter of pride that with this issue, the journal has now been indexed in the I.G.I. Factor.
