Two-Day PIMS Genesis 2025 Cultural Fest Concludes with Musical Magic and Laughter Riot
Udaipur, The grand finale of Genesis 2025, the two-day cultural extravaganza of PIMS Medical College, Udaipur, turned into an electrifying night of rhythm, laughter, and celebration at the Mewar Banquet Hall on Shilpgram Road.
Renowned Bollywood composer and singer Amit Trivedi headlined the closing night, drawing thunderous applause from the audience the moment he took the stage. Students were on their feet, singing along and swaying to his spiritual anthem “Namo Namo Shankara” and the peppy “Uii Amma Uii Amma”, which added a devotional yet foot-tapping vibe to the evening.
Trivedi’s “Chaudhary”, blending Rajasthani folk with modern beats, was met with a euphoric response, turning the venue into a pulsating dance floor. His vibrant stage presence and back-to-back power-packed performances ensured no one left without tapping their feet.
The event also featured a laughter-packed segment with celebrated stand-up comedians Inder Sahani and Walya, who had the audience rolling with laughter. Their comedic timing brought a perfect contrast to the musical high.
Welcoming the guests, PIMS MD Naman Agrawal expressed gratitude and extended best wishes to all attendees. The festival also witnessed performances by Dubai-based superstar DJ Shadow, DJs Swizzl and Kiara, and unique poetic-comedy (Pomedy) presentations by lyricist and storyteller Ranmalsingh Jain.
Every performance was met with cheers, claps, and vibrant hoots, capturing the spirit of youthful enthusiasm and cultural fusion.
The grand night was graced by Chairperson Ashish Agrawal, CEO Sheetal Agrawal, Vice Chancellor Dr. Prashant Nahar, Registrar Dr. Devendra Jain, Principal Dr. Suresh Goyal, Board Member Dr. Bhagwan Das Rai, and several faculty and staff members.
The Genesis 2025 fest concluded on a high note, leaving behind unforgettable memories of dance, music, and mirth.
