Prime Minister Dharti Aaba Tribal Village Utkarsh Campaign Held
207 Tribal Families Benefited from Government Schemes in Sardar Singh ki Dhani, Jaisalmer
Jaisalmer, Under the Prime Minister Dharti Aaba Tribal Village Utkarsh Abhiyan, an awareness and benefit camp was organized on June 20, 2025, in Gram Panchayat Sardar Singh ki Dhani under Panchayat Samiti Bhaniana. The objective of the campaign was to promote social and economic upliftment among tribal communities by spreading awareness about various welfare schemes initiated by the Government of India, especially those related to health, livelihood, and documentation.
During the camp, services such as Ayushman Bharat cards, caste certificates, PM-Kisan registration, Jan Aadhaar, and sickle cell disease testing awareness were provided. A total of 207 tribal families received benefits across various schemes: 9 new Aadhaar cards, 13 Ayushman Bharat cards, 16 tribal caste certificates, 10 under PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, 5 under PM Jan Dhan Yojana, 4 under PM Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, 19 under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, 2 under PM Maru Vandana Yojana, 3 under PM Ujjwala Yojana, 19 under PM Vishwakarma Yojana, 30 ration cards, 16 domicile certificates, and 45 families benefited under MGNREGA. Out of approximately 352 families present, 207 received benefits under one or more schemes.
Officials and staff from all concerned departments were present at the camp. Shri Senidan, Additional Development Officer of Panchayat Samiti Bhaniana, briefed the attendees about the scope and benefits of the various government schemes and encouraged maximum participation. Gram Vikas Adhikari Sushila Meena provided detailed information about Panchayati Raj’s flagship schemes. Senior Assistants Birbal Khan and Shyam Kumar also assisted in ensuring smooth facilitation of services.
The tribal families who attended the camp expressed their satisfaction and happiness. The camp was concluded peacefully and successfully.
