‘Becoming Light’ — Solo Art Exhibition by Sheena Chawla Begins Today

Udaipur,A two-day solo art exhibition titled Becoming Light by Sheena Chawla is being held at Bagore Ki Haveli, located on the scenic Gangaur Ghat. The exhibition was inaugurated today by Shraddha Muradia, founder of Kashti Foundation, sculptor Hemant Joshi, and Hemant Mehta, Programme Executive at the West Zone Cultural Centre.
This deeply personal showcase features 35 abstract artworks that explore themes of healing, liberation, and inner return. Each piece represents a meditative dialogue with the self, where layers of emotion are transformed into color, form, and silence.
For Sheena, abstract art is more than a visual medium — it is a sacred space for the inexpressible. She defines her style as intuitive abstract composition, guided by emotion rather than formality. Through organic lines, textured surfaces, and symbolic forms, the series presents a visual map of transformation — from burden to lightness, from noise to stillness.
The exhibition will remain open to visitors until June 21 and can be viewed daily from 11 AM to 5 PM.
