Distribution of Fruits and Biscuits to Children Marks the Occasion; Symposium on "Raksha Bandhan" Held at Congress Media Centre
On the occasion of the birthday of Congress party’s former national president, Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha, and youth icon Rahul Gandhi, the Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee organized a series of public service initiatives across the state.
Under the leadership of Pradesh Congress General Secretary and Spokesperson Pankaj Kumar Sharma, fruits, biscuits, and nutritious food items were distributed to children in the Aashirwad Nagar locality of Udaipur.
The service initiative was graced by senior Congress leaders including Subhash Chittora, Kripashankar Mishra, Naresh Sahu, Ashok Tamboli, Sachin, Rahul, Soyel, Rishabh, Munna Maurya, Durvijay, Sanjay, Govind, Brajesh, Chhotu, Heeralal, Kalu, Charan Singh, Hemant, Nandu, Subha Ji Chittora, Kishan, Madhuri, Ajay Kumar, Sonu, among many other Congress workers and local residents. Everyone present prayed for the long life, good health, and strong leadership of Rahul Gandhi.
Later, a symposium was held at the "Raksha Bandhan" Congress Media Centre, Dhanmandi, focusing on the personality and contributions of Rahul Gandhi. Speakers highlighted his dedicated political journey, compassion, and relentless efforts for the welfare of the poor, youth, and farmers.
On the occasion, Pankaj Kumar Sharma remarked:
“Rahul Gandhi has emerged as a true people's leader in Indian politics. Be it the Bharat Jodo Yatra or raising strong opposition in Parliament, he has consistently stood for truth and the Constitution. Celebrating his birthday through acts of service is the most fitting tribute to him.”
The event was attended by numerous Congress office-bearers, social workers, and young volunteers. It concluded with a collective expression of heartfelt wishes to Rahul Gandhi and a shared hope for a bright future for India under his leadership.
