#### Students took a pledge to save water at MPUAT
Awareness Program Organized under Vande Ganga Water Conservation Jan Abhiyan
Udaipur, An awareness program was organized under the Vande Ganga Water Conservation Jan Abhiyan by the College of Community and Applied Sciences, a constituent of Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology (MPUAT), Udaipur.
Addressing the students, College Dean Dr. Dhriti Solanki highlighted the need for water conservation and practical measures to prevent wastage. She emphasized that by adopting simple daily practices at home, a significant amount of water can be saved. To instill a sense of responsibility among students, a water conservation pledge was administered, and informative pamphlets were distributed.
Dr. Solanki further announced that such awareness drives would also be conducted in nearby villages, with pamphlet distribution to ensure broader outreach. The event witnessed the presence of faculty members and non-teaching staff of the college.
The program was conducted by Dr. Sumitra Meena and Dr. Monika Rai.
