### Eid-ul-Adha Celebrated Peacefully in Kota

Kota – The festival of Eid-ul-Adha (Bakrid) was celebrated in Kota with traditional fervor and devotion. The main congregational prayer was held at the Kishorpura Eidgah, where thousands from the Muslim community gathered at 8 AM to offer namaz.

Prior to the prayer, city Qazi Jubair Ahmad delivered a sermon emphasizing the significance of sacrifice (qurbani) and core Islamic values. Following the sermon, he led the Eid prayer. Special prayers were offered for peace, brotherhood, and the well-being of the nation.

District Collector Ravindra Goswami and City SP Amrita Duhan also visited Kishorpura police outpost to extend Eid greetings to the city Qazi and members of the Muslim community.

The city Qazi expressed deep concern over the rising cases of student suicides in Kota’s coaching sector. He included special prayers for the mental well-being, morale, and future of students, as well as for peace across the globe.

The festival was observed peacefully with a strong sense of harmony. The administration had ensured stringent security arrangements throughout the city.
