Finance Minister Honours Narayan Seva Sansthan Founder for Community Service and Social Upliftment

Udaipur – Padma Shri awardee Kailash Chand Agrawal ‘Manav’, the founder chairman of Narayan Seva Sansthan, has been honoured with the Lakshmipat Singhania - IIM Lucknow National Leadership Award 2023-24 for his lifelong contributions in the field of community service and social upliftment.

India’s Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman graced the award ceremony as the chief guest and presented the symbolic memento and certificate of recognition. The award was received on behalf of the Sansthan by its current President Prashant Agrawal.

While receiving the award, Prashant Agrawal stated that this honour is a national recognition of the lifelong service and dedication of our founder and spiritual guide Kailash ‘Manav’. It not only brings pride to the Sansthan but also acknowledges the hopes and aspirations of millions of differently-abled individuals (Divyangs).

The event was also attended by Bharat Hari Singhania, President of JK Organisation; Raghupati Singhania, Vice President; N.K. Singh, Jury Chairman; and Prof. M.P. Gupta, Director of IIM Lucknow.

Narayan Seva Sansthan, active for over four decades, has been dedicated to free distribution of artificial limbs, corrective surgeries, rehabilitation, education, and skill development for differently-abled individuals. The organisation has empowered lakhs of needy people, offering them a new life and a path to self-reliance.
