Modi University’s Research Courses Propel India’s Development
Udaipur : Modi University, situated in Lakshmangarh, is intensifying its focus on research-driven courses to contribute to building a developed India. The upcoming academic session will see the introduction of new programs designed to advance both the university and the nation.
Currently, around 3,250 female students are enrolled, with approximately 750 studying at the school level, as the university is exclusively for women.
To keep pace with technological advancements, Modi University offers skill-based courses such as Data Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Biomedical Science, and Nuclear Science & Technology. Engineering programs emphasize project-based learning to align with industry requirements.
The School of Liberal Arts and Sciences provides specialized courses including Forensic Science, Food and Nutrition, Physiotherapy, Journalism, and Biotechnology. The School of Law prepares students for Rajasthan Legal Services, with six students successfully passing this year. The School of Business offers BBA, MBA, Digital Marketing, and Integrated courses, while the university has also introduced D Pharma and B Pharma programs to meet rising pharmacy sector demand.
Modi University is launching a day school from classes 1 to 12 and offers numerous scholarships to ease financial barriers. Scholarships include up to 100% tuition waivers for national exam toppers, additional benefits for students from specific districts, and concessions for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, economically weaker sections, differently-abled students, and children of martyrs, armed forces, and police personnel.
The Career Development Cell facilitates internships and placements, with this year’s highest package reaching ₹33 lakhs and an average of ₹11 lakhs. Internship stipends go up to ₹2 lakhs. The School of Etiquette and Finishing Skills offers corporate culture training and English language workshops to boost interview readiness.
Beyond academics, the university promotes holistic development through sports, horse riding, NCC, NSS, yoga, and meditation programs. Extensive career counseling is conducted after 12th exams across states to guide students effectively.
