Marble Association Hosts Annual General Meeting and Holi Celebration

Udaipur: The Marble Association of Udaipur organized its annual general meeting and a grand Holi Milan ceremony at the association office. The event brought together marble traders to celebrate Holi with flowers and traditional music.
Pankaj Kumar Gangawat, the president of the Marble Association, mentioned that the Holi celebration included dancing and singing with traditional *chang* (drums) and playing Holi with flowers. The event was graced by the newly appointed BJP District President, Gajpal Singh Rathore, and Station House Officer of Sukher Police Station, Ravindra, among other distinguished guests. The guests were welcomed with traditional turbans and shawls, and the participants enjoyed dancing to the beats of the *chang* while playing Holi.
The association also held a general meeting at 3 p.m., which was chaired by Pankaj Kumar Gangawat. Several members of the association attended and discussed the expansion of the marble industry and the challenges faced by the sector. Neeraj Sharma, the secretary of the association, added that the meeting was attended by association patrons, advisory members, former president Bhupendra Singh Rao, vice president Rajendra Mor, joint secretary Narendra Singh Rathore, treasurer Kuldeep Jain, executive members, and marble traders.
