**Kota:** Motion Education celebrated its impressive success in JEE Advanced 2024 at the Drona-2 campus. The celebration included honoring the top-performing students and their parents. The students and faculty cut a cake and danced to the beats of the dhol.
Motion Education's Founder and CEO, Nitin Vijay, announced that out of the 6,475 students from Motion who appeared for JEE Advanced, 3,425 students were selected, resulting in a selection ratio of 52.89%. Among the top 100 All India Ranks (General and OBC), five students from Motion were included. Additionally, 11 students were in the top 200, 23 in the top 500, and 57 in the top 1000. In the SC-ST category, 13 students from Motion secured ranks within the top 500.
The celebration honored top-ranking students including Shekhar Jha (AIR 28), Ishan Gupta (AIR 31), Amar Sinha (AIR 91), Hardik Agarwal (AIR 93), and Tanay Chetan Kaklia (AIR 99). Several other rankers attended the event with their parents and were welcomed and felicitated. Many rankers also participated online. The event saw the presence of Motion Education’s Chairman Surendra Gupta, Joint Director Ramratan Dwivedi, Deputy Director Nikhil Srivastava, and other senior faculty members.

The top rankers shared their tips for success, emphasizing the importance of hard work. They noted that small failures are part of the journey but should not deter one from pursuing their goals. They advised maintaining focus, staying calm while studying, and using the internet solely for academic purposes. Sharing their experiences, the toppers mentioned how the environment in Kota, guidance from NV Sir, and the system at Motion Education motivated them to succeed. They highlighted that Motion’s supportive and motivating atmosphere played a crucial role in their preparation.
