Enchanting Evening at Lok Kala Mandal as Ghazal Maestro Chandan Das Receives Lifetime Achievement Award

In Udaipur, the leading international organization "Srijan Da Spark" organized a mesmerizing evening of music featuring Bollywood singer Pratibha Singh Baghel at Lok Kala Mandal. The event witnessed soulful renditions and warm applause from the audience.

Pratibha Singh Baghel commenced her performance with the classic "Mora Sajan Ayo Re," captivating the audience with her velvet-like voice. She continued to enchant the crowd with popular songs, including "Sajan Sajan Main Karu," "Mori Sajan Jeev Jadi," and "Kesariya Balam Aavo Ni Padharo Mahare Des," receiving well-deserved applause.

Anil Srivastava, opening the program, paid tribute to Kishore Kumar, presenting his hits like "Ik Divana Tha" and "Neela Neela Ambar." The event also recognized renowned ghazal singer Chandandas with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award and presented Artistic Inspiration Awards to six other talented individuals.

The awards, organized in collaboration with Hindustan Zinc and Indira IVF, included the Chetan Nath Thakur Award for film and TV actor Rajesh Jais, Nandalal Bose Award for Vina Cassette's Chairman Shri Malu, and the Amir Khusro Award for the celebrated ghazal singer and composer Dr. Prem Bhandari.

Addressing the audience, K.C. Malu emphasized the importance of preserving Indian music and culture, stating that Srijan Da Spark is contributing to building a new generation's interest in Indian music. Dr. Prem Bhandari, the recipient of the Amir Khusro Award, highlighted the therapeutic aspect of music.

The event also introduced a new award, the Srijan Excellence Award for Business Visionary Achievement, presented to Anil Singhavi, the Managing Editor of Zee Business Mumbai. Ghazal singer Chandan Das shared his thoughts with poetic expressions during the program.

Vijaylakshmi and Group set the tone for the evening with a musical invocation, blending the traditional Bhupali raga with the chant of "Om Namah Shivaya."

Dinesh Kataria, the President of Srijan Da Spark, provided insights into the organization's ten years of promoting Indian music globally, with 14 chapters in India and 4 abroad. The event witnessed the presence of esteemed personalities, including IG Kota Range Prasanna Kumar Khamesra, Divisional Commissioner Rajendra Bhatt, Munish Vasudev of HZL, Anupam Nidhi, Apex President Rajesh Khamesra, Secretary Brajendra Seth, and many other dignitaries.

In conclusion, the program celebrated the fusion of art and recognition, showcasing the richness of Indian music and culture.
