The leadership of this new venture will be under the management of Raghavesh Asthana, Managing Director of Mitwa TV. Despite having roots in Varanasi, Raghavesh Asthana is recognized for his creative contributions to Indian media for the past three decades, working with companies like UTV, Star Group, Sony, Zee, and Sun Network. He is credited with revolutionizing Bhojpuri television nearly two decades ago.
