Filming for the highly anticipated movie "Kashmir - Enigma of Paradise"

Filming for the highly anticipated movie "Kashmir - Enigma of Paradise" has officially commenced in the picturesque hill station of Lonavala under the direction of Atul Garg. The film aspires to offer an authentic portrayal of Kashmir, delving beyond the typical stereotypes often depicted in the film industry.

Set against the backdrop of the enchanting Kashmir valley, "Kashmir - Enigma of Paradise" intends to uncover the untold history of the region, spanning over a century from the early 1920s to the present day. Unlike many previous Bollywood productions, this film aims to present the complete historical narrative of Kashmir with genuine authenticity.

"Atul Garg, the director of the film, expressed his vision: 'Many films have been made in the name of Kashmir, but none have explored its history of over a century like we are attempting in Kashmir - Enigma of Paradise. We want to take viewers on an exciting journey through time, from pre-independence to the present day Kashmir, with the film,'" said Mr. Garg.

Furthermore, the movie intends to showcase the multifaceted beauty, culture, and people of Kashmir, often referred to as "heaven on earth." It aims to move beyond the one-dimensional portrayal of the region, which has often revolved around the issue of terrorism.

"Terrorism is unfortunate, but Kashmir is not just about it. We aim to showcase its multifaceted beauty and culture," Mr. Garg emphasized.

The filming schedule for "Kashmir - Enigma of Paradise" spans nearly 100 days, with two schedules already completed in Kashmir. After Lonavala, the production will move to other locations in the country.

Darsheel Safary, a member of the cast, shared his thoughts on the film, saying, "The story of Kashmir - Enigma of Paradise is very interesting. The subject and context are complex and demand a lot of hard work. Working on the film has been a great learning experience as an actor."
