The local executive committee of the Rajput Mahasabha Institution took an oath to eradicate social evils, marking the beginning with the slogans of 'Jai Pratap-Mewar' in a ceremony held today at the Sukhadia Rangmanch in Udaipur.
Honored guest Janardan Rai Nagar, Vice-Chancellor of V.V. College, administered the oath to the newly elected President Sant Singh Bhati, Secretary Pradeep Singh Bhati, and the executive committee in the Mevadi language. He emphasized that Rajasthan's identity is deeply intertwined with the Rajput community, and it is our duty to preserve the honor of both our society and the state.
The main speaker at the event, Prof. Gaurav Vallabh, National Spokesperson of the All India Congress Committee, stated that the time has come to unite the society. He emphasized that if the society is united, the nation will be united, and we must accelerate our efforts in this direction.
Additional Superintendent of Police, Chetna Bhati, stressed the need to increase women's participation in society for it to progress effectively.
After taking the oath, President Sant Singh Bhati announced the resolution to eliminate prevalent social evils in society. He emphasized that these social evils are hindering the progress of society and pledged to increase women's participation and prioritize female education.
Secretary Pradeep Singh Bhati mentioned that 175 talents of the society were honored at the event, acknowledging their contributions. The event also marked the introduction of new slogans, "Jai Pratap-Jai Mewar."
The enthusiasm among the Rajputs was at its peak during the event as it was the first time such a grand-scale event had been organized in the city.
The event was addressed by Lal Singh Jhala, Secretary of the State Congress Committee, Vishwabandhu Singh Rathore, National Committee Chairman of the Sri Rajput Karni Sena, Raj Singh Shekhawat, State Minister of the Rajasthan Government, Deputy Mayor of the City Corporation, Paras Singhvi, Chandragupta Singh Chauhan, District President of BJP, and renowned international poet Rao Ajat Shatru, among others.
