On Tuesday, he announced the mission's launch at the Birla Auditorium in Jaipur. He stated that the progress of the state would be accelerated tenfold by involving each individual in the process. The state government will gather advice and suggestions from 1 crore people for their dreams for Rajasthan, and based on this, the "Vision 2030 Document" will be formulated.
Shri Gehlot emphasized that the youth will play the most crucial role in this vision. He said that over the past five years, the state's progress has been quadrupled, and the aim is now to increase it by tenfold by 2030. He urged the general public to share valuable ideas and suggestions for the preparation of the Vision Document. He mentioned the united efforts made during the COVID-19 pandemic by various sectors, including the government, religious leaders, police, healthcare workers, and the public, and highlighted the need for the same unity to propel the state's progress through Mission 2030.
The Chief Minister emphasized that the Vision 2030 Document will become a commitment to the progress of the residents of the state. He pointed out that Rajasthan has already become a model state in various areas such as social security, education, healthcare, information technology, women's empowerment, employment, economic development, basic infrastructure development, solar energy, and food production.
The journey towards the Vision 2030 Document will involve multiple steps. The state government has launched a website "mission2030.rajasthan.gov.in" to gather suggestions and ideas from the residents of the state. The Chief Minister himself will engage in dialogues with experts, officials, non-governmental organizations, youth, women, students, and the general public. Surveys and interactions will be conducted at regional and district levels as well. The Rajasthan Youth Board will also play a role in engaging with youth and gathering their inputs.
In the program, a short film about the Vision 2030 was presented. Special Chief Secretary Smt. Archana Singh provided detailed information about the Vision through a presentation.
Several dignitaries, officials, non-governmental organizations, youth, women, students, and the general public attended the event. The program aimed to engage stakeholders from all walks of life.
