PPL founder Aman Agarwal said that the first semi-final of the fourth edition of PPL was between Truly India and Mahindra. Indeed India scored 106 runs for the loss of 9 wickets with the help of 22 runs from Nishant Sharma. Mahindra secured a place in the final with the help of 40 runs from 43 balls by Sachin Yadav and 42 runs in 37 balls by Karan Singh, achieving the target for the loss of three wickets. Pravar Bharadwaj took three wickets for 22 runs from Mahindra.

Co-founder Manoj Chowdhary said that Travers' team batted first against the Pacific Organic in the second semi-final. Hemant Joshi scored 40 runs for the team, and Samrpit Joshi contributed 32 runs. Apart from both the batters, no one could play a good inning, and the team could only score 128 runs for the loss of 7 wickets. Chasing a tiny target, the group of Pacific Organic, with the help of 5 sky sixes and four fours by Rahul Khandelwal, 61 runs in 37 balls, and with the help of 37 off 28 balls by Hitesh Pakhrot, achieved the target by losing two wickets in the fourteenth over. Hitesh Pakhrot, Sawai Singh, and Pradyuman Parikh of Pacific Organic took two wickets each in the bowling.

Commissioner Dr. Prakash Jain informed that they played the first match between CPS and Gold Sports on the last day of the league round. Batting first, CPS scored 178 runs for four wickets; in response, the Gold Sports team could only manage 158 runs for seven wickets. Travers scored 152 runs in the second match while batting first, chasing the target; Sojatia Marvels's team was all out for 102 runs, and Travers reached the final with a 50-run victory. In the third match, Pacific Organic, batting first, set a target of 114 runs in front of Mahendra, which Mahendra easily achieved by losing one wicket and made it to the semi-finals.
