Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar participated in the 'International Museum Expo' 

Udaipur. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 'International Museum Expo' organized by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, on International Museum Day. 
Before the inauguration, the Prime Minister visited the exhibitions and inquired about the various artifacts of Indian heritage.
When Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar was asked on the occasion of the inauguration of the 'International Museum Expo,' he said that for the first time, the diverse heritage of museums across the country had been presented together under one roof, it is a matter of great pleasure. Everyone will get an opportunity to know and learn something new from each other here. In protecting our culture and heritage, this initiative of the Prime Minister is also significant for private museums.
On this occasion, Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewad displayed the traditional and historical 'Ramrewadi' used in the procession of Lord Vishnu in Mewar's glorious heritage and the historical 'chair' installed for Maharana Fateh Singh ji in the 1911 Delhi Durbar.
From May 18 to May 20, this three-day 'International Museum Expo' has been organized as the second phase of the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence. This year the theme of International Museum Day is 'Sustainability and Well-being of Museums.' The rich cultural heritage of India has been presented in this expo with the help of experts, senior officials, and departments from museums. In which the representative team of the City Palace Museum, run by the Maharana Mewar Charitable Foundation, Udaipur, has presented the glorious culture and heritage of Mewar stored in the museum in the form of extraordinary glimpses along with their characteristics and historicity.
