### North Western Railway General Manager Visits Udaipur

Udaipur,North Western Railway General Manager Shri Amitabh visited Udaipur under the Ajmer division today. The visit primarily focused on inspecting redevelopment works at Udaipur Railway Station. Shri Amitabh reviewed the ongoing projects and provided necessary instructions to the officials.

The inspection was accompanied by key officials, including Divisional Railway Manager Shri Alok Agarwal, Chief Administrative Officer (Construction) Shri Ved Prakash, Principal Chief Operations Manager Shri Madan Ram Devda, Principal Financial Advisor Ms. Geetika Pandey, Principal Chief Security Commissioner Ms. Jyoti Satiya, Principal Chief Medical Director Dr. P.C. Meena, Chief Engineer Shri Ankur Jain, Deputy Chief Engineer (Construction) Shri Mayank Gupta, and Regional Officer Shri Mahendra Depal, among others.

Presentations on Redevelopment Plans

Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Shri B.C.S. Choudhary shared that Divisional Railway Manager Shri Alok Agarwal gave a presentation to the General Manager in the station’s VIP lounge, highlighting Udaipur-specific activities. Additionally, the Chief Engineer (Construction) presented details of ongoing and future redevelopment plans for Udaipur Station. Shri Amitabh emphasized the need for expediting the completion of these works.

Station Inspection and Inauguration of Officer's Rest House

Following the presentations, Shri Amitabh conducted an inspection of Udaipur Station, reviewing various aspects and issuing further directions to ensure the timely progress of redevelopment efforts.

During the visit, the General Manager also inaugurated the newly constructed Officer's Rest House, 'Udaykiran.' Shri Amitabh inspected the facility, appreciating the efforts behind its creation.

Window Trailing Inspection of Ajmer-Udaipur Section

Later, Shri Amitabh, accompanied by officials, conducted a window trailing inspection of the Udaipur-Ajmer section. The inspection included a detailed review of Rana Pratap Nagar, Mavli, and Bhilwara stations, with a focus on ongoing development projects under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme. Shri Amitabh provided guidance on ensuring quality and timely execution of the planned works.

The visit marked a significant step toward enhancing the infrastructure and operational efficiency of Udaipur Railway Station and the Ajmer-Udaipur section.
