A number of dialogues on various subjects in Jaipur Film Market during JIFF, Many film personalities will come

JAIPUR : Jaipur Film Market is going to be intellectually enriching during upcoming 15th edition of Jaipur International Film Festival [JIFF] from 6th to 10th January 2023. JIFF founder Hanu Roj informed that Jaipur Film Market activities will be organised at AUDI 6, INOX, from 11 A.M. to 5 P.M. from 7th to 9th January. 

Dialogue on ‘Indian Cinema Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow’ will be conducted at 12 P.M. on first day of the festival, followed by sessions ‘Challenges of Film Making from Women’s and Men’s perspectives’, and ‘Film Finance, Production and Distribution at 2 P.M., followed by dialogue sessions ‘After Theatre and OTT, Future Technology for Watching Films’ at 3 P.M., and ‘Web Series wala aaya hai’ at 4 P.M. will be organised respectively. Film actress Sonali Bendre, Film producer - director Priyadarshan, Film maker Riniki Bhuyan Sarma, Rang De Basanti writer Kamlesh Pandey and Jalwa, Chalbaaz director Pankaj Parashar, Gajni and Dangal’s assistant director Vinay Waikul, Films Division director S. Shridhar, Proshoon Rahmaan [Film maker from Bangladesh], Phillippa Frisby [Film maker from U.K.], and Nimisha Pandey [Chief Content Officer, OTT Zee 5] will grab attention during the festival. 

On 8th January, a dialogue session ‘Hungry Audience: New Genres in OTT by BBC Studios’ at 12 P.M. will be organised, where BBC studios general manager Sameer Gogate, Master Class by Pankaj Parashar and Pamela Jaye Smith at 2 P.M., ‘A Chat with directors, writers and stars’ at 3 P.M., ‘Regional Cinema of India with special reference to Rajasthani Cinema’ at 4 P.M. will be conducted. Worldwide famous Jaipur International Co - Production Meet will be conducted at 7 P.M., where filmmakers from 18 countries are reaching Jaipur to participate.

A dialogue session based upon book ‘Aur Kuch Panne Kore Rah Gaye -Irfan’ by Ajay Brahmatmaj will be conducted at 12 P.M. on 9th January, where screenplay writer Ram Kumar Singh will talk to Brahmatmaj.  Dialogue on ‘Birth Centenary of Legendary film maker Satyajeet Ray’ at 12:30 P.M.,‘Global Film Tourism Summit’, and talk on Film Tourism Policies of Indian states at 2 P.M., dialogue session ’Do we need film city in the current scenario’ at 3 P.M., dialogue ‘Supporting the Voice of Iran through Iranian Music’ at 3:35 P.M., and Live performance of playback singer Ravindra Upadhyay will be organised at 4 P.M.
