Gallery Artoz is organising it’s first Traditional Miniature Artists Art Camp"Rang Mewar”.
Ten Well known miniature artists namely Anandilal Sharma, RajaRam Sharma, Lalit Sharma, Kanhaiya Sharma, Shankar Kumawat, Pushkar Lohar, Jagdish Yadav, Mandeep Meera Sharma, Sharad Soni, Rajesh Soni Bijolian and 4 emerging artists Chirag Kumawat, Rahul Soni, Rajat Sharma, and Lalita Soni are engrossed in creating their art works at The Lavit Malhar Resort, Tiger Hill, Udaipur.
“The objective of this event is to generate awareness about our traditional miniature art among the common masses. The camp would promote Mewar miniature art on national and international level” says Veerangana Soni, curator of the Camp. Artists are working on the subject of 'Mewar Festivals in Miniature Art'. Art lovers and artists can visit the camp and interact with artists till 7th March 2021 between 11 am to 6pm.They can interact with participating artistes to know about their experiences of their art journey.
The Camp would give an opportunity to observe their unique style and individual perspective towards life and art.
The art works will be exhibited on 7th March.
KALA DEEPAM, National Women's Art Camp organized by Ministry of Culture, Government of India, West Zone Cultural Centre and Directorate of Art and Culture, Goa has started at Sanskriti Bhavan,Patto, Goa on 4th March and will last till 9th March. Twenty six Women artistes from India are participating in the Camp.
ZCC is also organizing Print Making Workshop at the Graphic Studio, Bagor ki Haveli from 9th to 15th March between 11 am to 5pm.Well known Artist Hanuman Kambli will facilitate the Workshop.
Takhman-28, A group of Experimental artistes celebrated 53rd foundation day at the premises with an exhibition of 40 works of members. "These creations can be seen from 4pm to 7pm till 10th March" says R.K.Sharma, Secretary.
