 Distribution of mortgage loan to farmers of Sanwar

 

Udaipur / The Udaipur Central Co-operative Back Ltd. Under the Sahakar Kisan Kalyan Yojana, the Loans were disbursed to the farmers under the mortgage Loan Scheme on Tuesday in the Cooperative Society Sanawar Fatehnagar.

The event organized under the chairmanship of former Mavli MLA Pushkar Lal Dangi, Divisional Additional Registrar Premprakash Mandot, Managing Director of Central Cooperative Bank Alok Chaudhary, social worker Ronak Garg, Fatehnagar Branch Manager Balmukund Khandelwal, Cooperative Society President Daluram Jat, Committee Administrator Shravan Kumar Tripathi And the beneficiaries of the scheme were present.

Cheques were distributed to the members of the cooperative society by the guests. In the program, in view of the Kovid 19 epidemic, social distancing has been fully cared for. The former MLA Dangi called this scheme in the interest of the farmer and called for maximum benefits to the area's farmers.

Managing director of the bank, Chaudhary said that under the scheme, the tenant would be able to get a loan for 90 days as a loan of 70 percent of the current market price of crop yield at a mere three percent interest rate. It can be extended for 180 days under special circumstances. In the event of getting the right price of agricultural produce in the market, the tenant will be able to repay his loan by selling the live crop. Under the scheme, loan facility up to Rs. 1.50 lakh will be provided to small and marginal farmers and up to Rs. 3 lakh to large farmers. This loan will be payable in addition to its short-term crop loan.

He informed that earlier, the farmer was being given a loan at the rate of 11 percent interest in this scheme, now the farmer will have to bear 3 percent interest, and the remaining interest will be taken by the state government. The state government has announced a grant fund of 50 crores for this Yojana mortgage Loan Scheme. Chaudhary informed that loans worth 16.85 lakh had been disbursed to 38 farmers under this scheme.

The Udaipur Central Co-operative Bank has targeted more and more farmers through about 120 Gram Seva Cooperative Societies / Lamps, starting from 31 committees in the first phase. In the end, Additional Registrar Mandot thanked guests.
