Tree Planting and Seven-Day Virtual Camp Held at BN Public School on World Environment Day

Udaipur: On Wednesday, June 5, 2024, BN Public School organized various activities to celebrate World Environment Day. Principal Dr. Seema Naruka shared that NCC cadets planted saplings of fruit-bearing and shade-providing trees such as Jamun, Neem, and Mango within the BN Institute campus, contributing to environmental conservation. The tree-planting event was conducted under the guidance of ANO Jitendra Kanwar.

Dr. Naruka also mentioned that, keeping in mind this year's World Environment Day theme, "Ecosystem Restoration, Desertification, and Drought Resilience," BN Public School is hosting a week-long virtual summer camp named 'Mission Life.' From June 5, 2024, to June 11, 2024, various programs will be conducted daily, focusing on healthy living, sustainable food systems, reducing waste, saving energy, conserving water, and saying no to plastic. The online camp aims to inspire children towards environmental conservation.
