GST is applicable on college affiliation, not on student fees
In an exclusive interview with pressnote. in Comptroller, MLSU Dalpat Singh Rathore clearly stated that there would be no burden on student fees as GST is not levied on the fee. He clarified that college affiliation is categorized as a service sector, so GST is applicable for a college affiliation.
