Ahmedabad Plane Crash :State Government and District Administration Display Sensitivity

Udaipur,  Four passengers from Udaipur were on board the aircraft involved in the tragic Ahmedabad plane crash. Upon receiving the news, the district administration responded with prompt sensitivity by visiting the homes of the affected families and gathering details from their relatives. The state government also assured the families that it stands firmly with them during this difficult time.

Among those aboard the ill-fated flight were Shubh and Shagun, son and daughter of Sanjiv Modi from Saheli Nagar, Udaipur; Vardichand Menaria of Rundeda, Vallabhnagar; and Prakashchandra Menaria of Rohida, Mavli. As soon as their names were confirmed, District Collector Namit Mehta and ADM (Administration) Deependra Singh Rathore visited Sanjiv Modi's residence in Saheli Nagar on Thursday evening. The family had already departed for Ahmedabad upon receiving the news. Some relatives and neighbors were present at the home, where the Collector gathered information and offered moral support.

Similarly, Vallabhnagar SDM Surendra Patidar and other officials visited the residence of Vardichand Menaria, while Mavli Tehsildar and local police officers reached out to the home of Prakashchandra Menaria in Rohida. Meanwhile, the Chief Minister’s Office also sought a complete report of the incident from the district administration.
