Udaipur:In the monthly workshop of the Vigyan Samiti Innovation Women’s Cell, renowned Udaipur-based chef Nirmala Soni taught members how to prepare several exciting dishes including Corn Basil Cheese Blast, Chocolate Spring Rolls, and Pasta in Pasta Sauce.
According to Media In-charge Prof. Vimal Sharma, the objective of the workshop was to encourage homemakers to experiment with new cuisines based on the preferences of today’s generation, while maintaining nutritional value and food quality at home. The event saw enthusiastic participation from around 60 women who actively learned to prepare these innovative recipes.
Chef Nirmala Soni was warmly welcomed by the group’s patron Dr. Pushpa Kothari, while the vote of thanks was delivered by President Sangeeta Bhanawat.
The program was successfully supported by Abha Jhanwar, Asha Kothari, Manjula Sharma, Asha Sisodia, and Anu Nawedia.
