Kota, Attendants accompanying patients for treatment at MBS and J.K. Lon Hospitals in Kota will soon have access to free accommodation within the hospital campus. On Saturday, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla will lay the foundation stone of the proposed three-storey ‘Ramashray Bhawan’, which is being constructed within the premises of JK Lon Hospital.
This project, initiated under the directives of Speaker Birla, is being executed by the Kota Urban Development Authority at an estimated cost of ₹6.5 crore. The facility will be equipped with modern amenities and will accommodate 342 beds, with 114 beds on each floor, designated for the use of patient attendants.
The Ramashray Bhawan will also include essential facilities such as toilets, bathrooms, and lifts. In addition to free lodging, free meals will also be provided to those staying in the building.
