#### Dr. Devendra Sareen Elected IAP North Zone Vice President (2026)

Udaipur, — Udaipur’s senior pediatrician, Dr. Devendra Sareen, has brought pride to Rajasthan by being elected as the North Zone Vice President of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) in the recently held national elections. This remarkable achievement comes after a gap of 25 years for the state.

As Vice President for the year 2026, Dr. Sareen will represent Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, and Rajasthan at the national level. He will play a key role in national seminars, workshops, and conferences focused on various aspects of child healthcare and pediatric advancement.

Alongside him, Dr. Vishnu Pansari, Dr. B.L. Meghwal, and Dr. Anurag Tomar from Rajasthan have also been elected as members of the Executive Board.

The medical fraternity in Udaipur has expressed immense joy and extended warm congratulations to Dr. Sareen for his outstanding accomplishment, which has once again placed Rajasthan on the national pediatric map.
