First Meeting of Newly Elected Executive Committee of UCCI Held

Udaipur, The first meeting of the newly elected Executive Committee of the Udaipur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UCCI) for the year 2025-26 was held at the Pyrotech Tempsons Hall of the UCCI Building under the chairmanship of Mr. Manish Galundia. The meeting saw the participation of the newly elected committee members.

During the session, Mr. Ashish Chhabra was appointed as the Honorary Secretary of UCCI for the year 2025-26. A long-time active member of UCCI, Mr. Chhabra has previously served on the Executive Committee multiple times and has also held the position of Chairman of the Tourism and Urban Infrastructure Sub-Committee.

The committee unanimously nominated Mrs. Haseena Chakkiwala as the Honorary Treasurer. She was also elected as the representative from the Women’s Category, representing Quality Marble Exports India.

In line with the agenda, the committee also unanimously co-opted Mr. Rajendra Chandalya and Mr. Ashish Chhabra as members of the Executive Committee for the current term.

Both Mr. Ashish Chhabra and Mrs. Haseena Chakkiwala expressed their gratitude to the committee for their nomination and assured their commitment to UCCI’s objectives.

Chairman Mr. Manish Galundia reiterated UCCI’s dedication to resolving industrial issues and emphasized that the Chamber will work in coordination with various ministries and government departments at both central and state levels to advocate for industry-friendly policies.

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by the newly appointed Honorary Secretary, Mr. Ashish Chhabra, who expressed appreciation to all participating members.
