Kailash Masoom organised the 6th Bharat Ratna Dr. Ambedkar Awards 2016 on a grand scale at Shanmukhanand Auditorium, Mumbai and the awardees of this prestigious award were Adnan Sami,Pankaj Udhas, Udit Narayan, Salma Agha, Arun Bakhshi, Sameer Dharmadhikari, Shilpa Shinde, Sonal Singh Zee News, Ekta Jain Target media solutions, Yogesh Lakhani of Bright Outdoor Media, Raghuvendra Dwivedi Hamara Mahanagar,SK Dey journalist, Social Activists Aneel Murarka, DB Chand and many more. On the eve of this grand ocassion six Members of Parliament Shri Prasanna Kumar Patsani, Shri Ramdas Athawale, Shri Rajesh Verma, Shri Mahendra Nath Pandey, Sunil Gaikwad, Neelam Sonkar and Pahlaj Nihalani ( Chairman Central Board of Film Certification of india) graced this grand award ceremony .
